Phantom Lake Ranch
Red Feather Lakes is a cozy mountain dream. It’s a rustic little town surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and far from hectic city life making it the perfect place to retreat to in the summer.
Join in June 2024 for an unforgettable experience with a like-minded community.
We will be staying at Phantom Lake Ranch, which was one of the first permanent residence in Red Feather Lakes, with a cabin built in 1871.
Now with vacation rentals on a 600-plus-acre working ranch managed by live-in hosts Madeline and Ryan Zigray.

Meet your Guide
Colorado is Nicole’s home state and the place where she feels deeply connected to herself through all the sensations of the mountains. Each time she visits, she makes time to hike a trail, bath in the forest sounds, smell all the flowers + trees, and search for any bird sightings!
It was here that she was first introduced to a 90 minute Bikram yoga class with her friend Kate. Nicole wasn’t convinced of the sweaty + long holding posed sequence.
However, after resigning from being a middle school science teacher, she found the healing mind~ body~ soul connection and sparked the desire to teach yoga more. Nicole has been a student since 2008 and teacher of Yoga since 2018 and has spent 5 years dreaming of hosting a yoga retreat.
Nicole cannot wait to have you experience this mountain medicine and a new path of your personal practice.
In addition to being a 200-hour trained registered Yoga Instructor, Nicole is a peak performance coach, and has experience in meditation, mindfulness somatic work , and breathwork . She also serves as a mentor for new Yoga teachers who are seeking to clarify their message to the world and hone their teaching craft.
Her mission through all of her work is to empower you to reclaim yourself and listen to your intuition so that you can uncover your potential, embody your strength and live your authentic life through radical self love + belonging.
Her intention is to create a safe space where you can authentically show up, and feel seen, heard, gotten, accepted, loved, and as resilience as you are in any moment.
Nicole’s classes are a journey. She holds space for students to transform with care, love and dynamic music. Her teaching style is a balance of grace and strength rooted in Yogic philosophies that will ignite challenge for the mind and body.
From teaching Yoga, coaching, guiding breathwork, writing curriculum, and hosting retreats, she provides empowering, educational, and unforgettable experiences that will inspire you to connect to your inner compass.
She hopes that you can come join us for a weekend of self care, delicious (and nutritious) food, and new friendships; all while soaking in the beauty of Colorado
XOXO – Nicole
