Hi, I’m Nicole Fuller

I am passionate about loving + serving people

Pretty sure I am Lightning ~with the right amount of energy, light, connection, and chaos

Yoga students say I balance Grace + Strength

My husband believes I am optimistic, kind hearted, and approachable

My identical twin says I stand for strength, honesty, dedication

Friends call me Brave + Positive + Empathetic

People come to me and feel permission to drop their armor and show up fully

I like to make people feel seen, heard, valued, and loved

I am still working through my darkness and skeletons in my closet

I exist to empower people to reclaim the best version of themselves

How my journey began

For most of my life, I felt I was a blank canvas with no roots to my upbringing. By age 11, I had experienced the death of a single parent, poverty, neglect, alcohol, drugs, divorce, and lived in multiple houses.

For years after college, I sought love, belonging, and being capable of doing anything I dreamed of. I lacked confidence but fell in love with endurance running. I felt a deep desire to learn more about the body and mind and eventually became a middle school science educator. I sought a career in which I could develop students’ potential the way the teachers in my life had assisted me.

However, after 5 years of being a middle school science teacher, becoming a yoga instructor, and working through my deeper issues, I realized there was a profound need to aid people with their emotions, fears, and thoughts holding them back. I found myself checking in with teachers to support them in their lives. All the cells in my body were ready to guide people to their hidden capabilities.

Personal development revealed I have roots of love, all of my abilities are in me, I am enough, I just needed to access it and share this joy and skills with others.

Thus, Fuller Peak Performance coaching was born.

ABOUT FULLER PEAK PERFORMANCE

Nicole provides compassionate and effective personal development coaching through the lens of yogic philosophy. Her coaching methodology and philosophy is rooted in the concept of “vulnerability + action” . She believes that the role of a personal development coach involves high expecations with real-life experiences, application, and results behind the coaching. This is integrated with the learned theory and formal training. In addition, to being trained and mentored by some of the best in the industry, she is also an Anthony Chavez Certified Holistic Coach. This is a one thousand hour certification course and is considered to be rigourous program designed to explore the interwoven pieces which inform and influence the past, present, and future.

The delivery happens through one to one coaching, seminars, workshops, and retreats. Each session is personalized to meet the client where they’re at, and may look different than standard coaching. For example, this could include a conversation on the past, a movement exercise, meditation, mindfulness practice, or breathwork.

Community Involvement

Nicole loves to lead by example. She is a lifelong runner who found yoga in her late twenties, and fell in love with the mind + body connection. Since then she’s taught over 500 public classes, assisted 3 led teacher trainings and pursuing her 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training.

She strongly believes in making a difference in the community and making both yoga and coaching accessible to people.

Running races for good causes, hosting community fitness events and encouraging people to take care of themselves is her passion.
