Breathwork 

Experience the power of breath together through meditative and mindfulness practices to improve anxiety, stress, and focus.

Join me in being curious, open, and free with your body’s natural rhythm and flow state.

We will use diverse breathwork techniques to gain control of your nervous system , and build somatic awareness with Emotional Freedom Technique( EFT), centering, and grounding exercises.

  • Depending on the breathing style of the client, we will begin with a lesson on breathing using the diaphragm and abdominal muscles. The client will then be guided through a session which includes mindfulness and meditation practices. It can lasts anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour.

  • These techniques could involve breathing exercises, meditation, dance, and other forms of body movement.

    • reduce anxiety, depression, rumination, and emotional reactivity

    • increase focus + clarity

    • improves working memory + brain functions

    • lower blood pressure and improve sleep.

    • help you be more present

    • It may even help people cope with pain.
